Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Welcome to My Office uses to run your campaign, provide your private dashboard, and understand how the public office is used.
Information we collect
When you request a campaign, we collect your email address, brand name, website, logo, and campaign request. Stripe Checkout asks for your name and processes payment details. It may ask for a billing address when needed; a card's issuing country is not necessarily where you live. We do not receive or store your full card details.
We also collect limited service information needed to operate the site, such as aggregate usage and campaign performance metrics, technical logs, and the data needed to keep a private dashboard link secure.
How we use it
We use your information to process your purchase, create and operate your campaign, send your private dashboard link, respond to support requests, protect the service, and improve the product.
Your campaign’s approved public brand information and creative may be shown in the public office, gallery, and shareable campaign links. Gallery remakes make your submitted scene brief and saved character, environment, dialogue, and other creative settings available for others to adapt. Your email address and payment details are not published on those public pages.
Service providers
We use Stripe for payments and email providers to deliver transactional messages. We use service providers to host and operate the site. They may process information only as needed to provide their services.
The private dashboard may offer a support chat widget. If you choose to open it, the chat provider may set functional cookies and process the messages and session data needed to keep your support conversation working.
Website analytics
We use PostHog to understand page visits, booking and checkout actions, campaign purchases, campaign link clicks, feedback, and sharing. After payment is captured, we send the buyer's email address to PostHog as a person property associated with the purchase. This does not enroll buyers in marketing emails. PostHog uses browser storage to distinguish visits and sessions. Signed-in administrator accounts may be associated with their account ID, name, and email address.
We redact private dashboard access tokens and signed asset URL parameters from analytics. We do not send campaign briefs or AI prompts to PostHog, and session recording is disabled.
Retention and choices
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the campaign, support, legal obligations, security, and service operations. You can ask about your personal information or request help by emailing [email protected].
Private dashboard links are designed to remain available to buyers. Please contact us if you need help with a link or believe it has been exposed.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as our practices or service change. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
